TEEN Takes to the Stage

The moment has finally arrived! TEEN will be hosting their first-ever rally and Bella Benevolent is getting ready to outline the group’s mission and vision publicly for the first time.

“Even though TEEN has already been on the receiving end of a lot negative things, I urged Bella to take the high ground!” Lorraine Dean states. “We’re not here to name names. We’re hear to advocate and find solutions!”

“I’m so honored that Lorraine and Athena trust me to get this done. Yes, I’m a little nervous to be leading the rally, but with their support I can do this.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn Benevolent was thrilled when Finn Wilson agreed to shoot video for her channel.

“Yes, Brooklyn B is technically a fashion vlog, but it’s becoming clear that viewers want more!” Brooklyn tells us. “They want to be informed of the issues of our generation and they want to look great while doing it!”

Aria Perkins was seen pumping up supporters even before the rally begun.

“I’m meeting people from Copperdale High –many who have been hiding in the shadows, afraid to speak up about the injustice in the school they see every day. They’re learning they are not alone.”

However, Jay Black was not thrilled to be speaking with Aria at all, especially when she voiced her desire to remain close friends, despite their breakout that took place weeks earlier.

“I have my boundaries,” Jay tells us. Aria literally dumped me and told me to she didn’t want anything to do with me and hasn’t spoken to me in weeks.”

You told me you weren’t sure you wanted me as a boyfriend and I can accept that. Jay says, “but I can’t accept someone who tosses my friendship out the door along with it and then expects to retrieve it like nothing happened.”

“I didn’t know what to say, Aria tells us. “Does Jay really think of me that way?”

After a few tense moments, Bella made her way to the podium.

“I introduced myself and then drew a complete blank,” Bella confesses. “It turns out that I was a lot more nervous than I thought I would be. I stumbled around my words and could only manage to point at the informational pamphlets that were available.”

“But get this–Holden came and sat behind me on stage. His presence was so calming, I literally felt the nerves leave my body.”

“The fight for justice is not linear, not a one-and done deal!” Bella was heard shouting to the crowd. “It is something that we must fight for during the course of our lifetimes. That fight begins now!”

“If my werewolf friends– if my alien friends– are discriminated against– it is not just a werewolf or alien fight. It is my fight! It is your fight!”

The impact of Bella’s words were felt throughout the crowd.

“That’s my girl!” Lucy Benevolent shouts.

“I was completely awestruck by her ability to command the issues and wow the audience at the same time. I knew she didn’t need me up on that stage anymore,” Holden states.

“Something came over me,” Holden continues. “I felt years worth of pent-up frustrations over not being able to speak my mind. When I grabbed the megaphone, those emotions and words were finally released.”

“Everything Bella said, is everything I have felt inside–it felt so empowering! Caelyn Black states joyfully.

Bella’s speech also lit a fire under adults in attendance as well.

Shirley Allstar, mom to Aislinn, had nothing but positive remarks about Bella’s speech. “I really think TEEN could be the positive change that Aislinn needs in her life right now. We just brought home another newborn and things have been more than chaotic.”

However, not all adults were in agreement with Bella’s message.

Farrah Wilson, who had been lurking in the shadows, quickly dashed to the stage after Bella’s speech.

This,“Farrah said pointing to the display table of TEEN brochures, “is trash.”

“These teenagers are making a mockery of everything we’ve been through. Have they forgotten that our home planet was destroyed? That we were separated from our loved ones for weeks? I spent weeks crying myself to sleep over my missing son and daughter!”

“But we’re supposed to feel sorry for these werewolves and vampires who live in their worlds where they have plenty of their own resources?! We’re supposed to welcome them into our new, fragile world where they can unleash the destruction we know they are capable of?!”

Farrah then took a few hits at Bella concerning her expulsion record.

“I felt like I could explode,” Bella tells us, “but at the same time I couldn’t budge from my spot to call her out.”

Lucky for Bella, one unnoticed attendee knew just what to do.

“Good evening, everyone. My name is Edwin Straud and I would like to address some of Mrs. Wilson’s claims.”

“I assure you that no one has forgotten your home planet was destroyed. In fact, several Sims here, including Athena Alpha, made it their mission to get you into comfortable housing– nicer than what you had before housing– while finding your missing loved ones. “

“Second of all, I challenge you to name one occurrence–one real occurrence–where an occult Sim has personally caused you harm. I’ll wait.”

And wait he did, as Farrah drew a complete blank.

“Edwin was killing it!” Bella exclaims. “I never knew he was an advocate! What a powerful public speaker!”

“And finally, Mrs. Wilson, your claim that you spent weeks crying over your missing son are completely bogus! You made several public statements saying that you believed your son was simply out after curfew. Your son even roasted you on his Simstagram about the whole thing.”

“He’s right, dude!” Puck Perkins says, while showing a laughing Finn the feed.

However, the laughter died when Farrah came storming over while Finn attempted to hide behind his camera.

“Turn that camera off and grab your things. You’re coming home with me this instant!”

After the rally, Bella was seen walking Holden home.

“I just wanted to let you know that tonight was a turning point for me, all because of you. I’m going to talk to my parents about joining TEEN. It’s where I belong.”

“I couldn’t have done any of it without you standing beside me” Bella replied quietly.

Holden didn’t waste a minute in fulfilling his promise.

“I told my parents all about TEEN and the rally. I let them know how it lit a fire under me and how it caused me to realize that their ideology reflects who I really am now on the inside.”

“While I applauded Holden for his passion, I reminded him that I had already been in talks with Farrah Wilson about what TEEN is–a subversive group of adults who want to brainwash innocent young adults,” Sparkles McGlum states matter-of-factly.”

“That’s not true!” Holden exclaims. “Mom, I’ve always used good judgement about who I associate with and this time is no different.”

“Son, we’ve always trusted your judgement, but we don’t trust others to know what’s best for you,” Henry McGlum chimes in.

“So, now we ask you to trust our judgement and to refrain from being a part of this? Can we count on you to adhere to our wishes?”

Holden nodded his head in agreement before heading bed.

“I’ve never defied my parents before. The thought terrifies me, but what terrifies me more is continuing to be complicit to the injustice that surrounds me. I’m almost eighteen years old and about to have my first act of rebellion.”

Will Holden really defy his parents? What will be the consequences? Has Edwin silenced Farrah for good or has he made himself a formidable enemy?
