Hello Selvadorada!

While Bella Benevolent is on the run is hiding out with Edwin Straud in Moonwood Mill, her friends are embarking on the adventure of a lifetime.

“I can’t believe we finally made it to Selvadorada!” Brooklyn Benevolent gushes. Goodbye high school!”

“The arepas are to die for!” Holden McGlum exclaims of the newly discovered cuisuine.

“Forget the food, I’ve got romance on my mind!” Morgan Fyres states, pulling Puck Perkins into an embrace.

“Let’s just say I hope to get even closer to Morgan than I ever have been,” Puck laughs.

Puck and Morgan aren’t the only ones hoping for a shot at love.

Jay Black was seen rizzing it up in front of the mirror in hopes of reconnecting with Brooklyn.

“Brooklyn and I really hit it off on our last trip at Granite Falls. I’m hoping for a repeat!”

However, Brooklyn is less eager to rekindle the romance.

“I just not the type of girl who settles down,” Brooklyn explains. “Our time at Granite Falls was AMAZING, but the last think I want is something to tie me down.”

Also, not interested in love is Cassandra Goth , who aged up into a confident young adult.

“It honestly doesn’t bother me that the two guys who broke my heart are on this trip,” she explains while sitting next to Holden and Finn. “I don’t regret my feelings as a teenager because they shaped me into who I am right now.”

Cassandra also has high hopes in finding some hidden temples.

“I definitely have my work cut out for me, but the Omiscan Royal Baths will be so worth it.”

Guaranteed to cause trouble on the trip is Wolfgang Munch.

“I heard there’s treasure out in the jungle. I’m buying up all the supplies so I can get there first.”

Meanwhile, Edwin and Bella were trying to unravel the mystery of Vlad’s power.

“I know there’s a way to stop Vlad once and for all, and I can’t help but feel like werewolves hold the key,” Edwin asked of Kristopher Volkov. “What can you tell me?”

“I’m sure you know that the war on vampires went on and has gone on for centuries. Werewolves have led this war, with Greg front and center.”

“But I can’t tell you why Vlad is so unusually afraid of Greg,” Kristopher continues. “Like you said, Vlad can hold his own and the fact that he feels so terrified of someone who is practically his equal in terms of power is puzzling.”

“Perhaps, the answer lies in your own identity. I know you do not embrace vampire culture, but if you learned, really learned who your people are, the knowledge might surprise you,” Lily Zhu offered.

“Of course Lily was right,” Edwin added. “But learning about vampire culture means learning about Vlad and there is a part of me that is terrified that I’ll find out I’m just like him.”

“We’ll continue to research vampirism,” Bella added, “but I wish there was something that could tell us more about Vlad himself.”

“But there is something,” Edwin tells us. “I haven’t told Bella or any of the others, but I swiped Vlad’s personal journal when I left home. The trouble is that I’m afraid to open it. What if the truth of who he is is far worse than I could ever imagine?”

Will Edwin find the courage to open Vlad’s journal? Will Bella remain content with Edwin knowing that she is missing out on the trip of a lifetime with her friends? Will her friends make happy memories in Selvadorada or is there danger in every corner?
