After initially panicking about landing in a foreign world separated from his children, Bruce Benevolent has reached a reassuring conclusion!
“It’s our anniversary!” Bruce exclaims. “The kids must have arranged this as a surprise trip for us. I don’t know how they pulled this off, but everything finally makes sense.”
“Henford-on-Bagley is lovely!” Lucy Benevolent gushes. The kids obviously faked that meteor explosion to throw us off track. Brilliant!”
Though it is indeed Bruce and Lucy’s anniversary, it has been previously reported that the Benevolent children are currently stranded alone and frightened in Oasis Springs.
Bruce is so enchanted with the charm of Henford-on-Bagley, that he just dropped major Simoleons on this delightful, cozy cottage which he plans to turn into a summer getaway.
“I love it!” Lucy exclaims. “I just wish we had cell service to text the kids.”
Unbeknownst to Bruce and Lucy, their cell service no longer exists.
As Bruce and Lucy seem to be enjoying a second honeymoon, how long will they remain oblivious to what is truly going on around them?
